Libre Graphics Meeting

Assuming my travel arrangements all work out, I’ll be at this year’s Libre Graphics Meeting in Seville, Spain, April 26-30. I’ll be giving a workshop called “In The Nodes”, about node based interfaces in open source software, for instance in Blender, Godot game engine, and my own Laidout. So if you are in the neighborhood, come on down, there is sure to be a lot of interesting activity about all things open source graphics software!

24 Hour Comic movie, Portland premiere

Come one, come all to the Laurelhurst Theater on Thursday, July 6, 7pm to see the Portland premiere of Milan Erceg’s 24 Hour Comic documentary! Myself, Paul Guinan, Rachel Nabors, Opal Pence, Jacob Mercy, Pete Soloway, David Chelsea, and Rebecca Celsi were cartoonists filmed in the best season of 24 ever, featuring terrorist plots, barking, chipmunks, high school, zombies, robots, and so much more.

24 Hour Comics Documentary

Maybe slightly late, but a documentary about 24 hour comics by Milan Erceg debuted recently in Washington D.C.! The cartoonists featured were David Chelsea, his daughter Rebecca, Opal Pence, Rachel Nabors, Paul Guinan, Jacob Mercy, Pete Soloway, and me!
